I love your infectious enthusiasm! It's 1.30am in the UK and I've just finished cleaning up from a frenzied Gelli print session because I thought 'Yeah I can do that!' 😂😂 Haha! I've pulled off 11 prints just using the acrylic paints I have (I don't have any pearlescent ones, sadly - they're on my Christmas list now, along with the water soluble pastels!) and I don't have any suitable spray inks so I just put a squidge of white acrylic in a spray bottle with some water and used that. Made a right mess in my kitchen but I don't care, I had a lot of fun! 😄 Thank you!😍

What are u spraying after you put the new layer of acrylic down

Thank you for the tutorial! I am so glad I've found your channel as I have just started gel printing. I do have a question though - I think I did have a strong contrast laser print image and it's printed quite okay. It's just that the black paint isn't as solid as yours do (like there are empty patches among the black plaint areas). However, I do see the whole image printed so I'm just wondering what I might have done wrong? Anyone has any idea please? Thank you.

After watching this, I started using the color printer at the library. I noticed it was printed on a heavier weight paper. I started using paper made for color laser prints in my home black and white printer, and it really improved my results. It's quite a bit more expensive, so don't forget to change back to the cheap stuff for your office printing! Otherwise, you'll have 50 copies of a work form on very heavy paper. Maybe I should see how they transfer 😂 I also noticed that some colors of paint worked better than others, even in the same brand. I actually found black to be most difficult to use, and purple to be the easiest 🤷‍♂️
